2.1 Minimum Age

You must be 13 or older to use VybeMe.

• Users under 18 are automatically placed in Teen Mode, which cannot be disabled.
• Users aged 18–19 (or 18–21 in the US) may be placed in Young Adult Mode.

2.2 Parent-Verified Child Accounts (PVC)

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian may link their account to yours. Parents are responsible for supervising minors.

2.3 Legal Eligibility

You may use VybeMe only if:

• You can legally enter into a contract in your region
• You comply with all local laws
• You are not prohibited from using digital services

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. VybeMe is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts.

3.3 Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Break these Terms
• Violate safety rules
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity
• Endanger users or shops

4.1 Teen Mode

Users under 18 automatically receive:

• Hidden profile visibility
• No adult contact
• Teen-safe map filtering
• Restricted shop visibility
• Avatar-only profiles
• No adult-only rewards

These protections cannot be disabled.

4.2 Young Adult Mode

Users aged 18–19 (or 18–21 US) receive:

• Full adult access
• Optional privacy controls
• Limited cross-age interactions
• US-specific alcohol restrictions

4.3 Map Safety

VybeMe may hide or restrict:

• Unsafe areas
• Secluded locations
• Government danger zones
• Shops in restricted or unsafe zones

4.4 Rescue Button

The Rescue Button provides optional safety tools such as taxi links, Uber availability, navigation to public areas, and local non-emergency contact information. VybeMe does not provide emergency services.

5.1 User Responsibilities

Users must:

• List only items they own
• Provide accurate descriptions
• Meet in public places
• Follow local laws
• Avoid private residences

5.2 Prohibited Items

You may not list:

• Illegal items
• Weapons
• Adult-only products visible to teens
• Dangerous or harmful goods

5.3 No Guarantees

VybeMe does not guarantee item quality, authenticity, availability, pricing, or delivery.

7.1 Nature of Digital Goods

All digital goods (badges, cosmetics, loot boxes, achievements) are digital only, non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for money.

7.2 Loot Box Rules

Loot boxes must be redeemed inside Verified Shops, cannot appear in unsafe areas, cannot contain adult-only rewards, and must be age-appropriate. VybeMe does not guarantee reward availability.

8.1 Cross-Age Restrictions

• Adults cannot message teens
• Teens cannot message adults
• 18-year-olds may message existing 17-year-old friends (temporary)
• No new under-18 connections allowed

8.2 Unsolicited Messages

Users may not spam, harass, pressure others, or send unwanted promotions.

9.1 License to VybeMe

By posting content, you grant VybeMe a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, modify (for formatting), and distribute within the platform. You retain ownership of your content.
