This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for digital goods, subscriptions, and virtual items purchased through VybeMe.
All digital items — including cosmetics, avatars, badges, eggs, incubators, and VybeCoins — are non-refundable once delivered to your account.
Subscription payments are handled by the App Store or Play Store. Refunds must be requested directly through your device's store provider.
If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact our support team within 24 hours. We may offer a one-time courtesy refund for unused items at our discretion.
