Our Limitations

VybeMe is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or completeness of listings
• The condition, legality, authenticity, or safety of items
• The conduct, behaviour, or identity of users, buyers, sellers, or event hosts
• Any loss, damage, injury, theft, or dispute arising from use of the platform
• Events outside our control, including outages, technical issues, or force majeure events

VybeMe does not routinely screen, background-check, or verify users, shops, events, or listings. Presence on the platform does not imply endorsement or approval.

Nothing on VybeMe should be considered legal, financial, safety, or professional advice. All information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Your Responsibility

Users must exercise caution, comply with applicable laws, and use their own judgment when interacting with others, attending events, or purchasing items. Always meet in public places, avoid entering private homes, and prioritise personal safety.

Not an Emergency Service

VybeMe cannot respond to emergencies or urgent situations. If you feel unsafe or believe a crime has occurred, contact local authorities or emergency services immediately.

Age & Supervision

Where minors use VybeMe, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their activity, reviewing safety guidance, and ensuring appropriate use of the platform.

Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on VybeMe. Listings containing these items may be removed without notice, and accounts may be restricted or suspended.

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives
• Knives intended for harm or illegal use
• Drugs, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia
• Prescription medicines or regulated medical devices
• Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products
• Hazardous chemicals, poisons, or dangerous materials
• Recalled or unsafe products
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Pornographic or adult content
• Live animals or endangered species products
• Government IDs, licences, or financial instruments
• Any item illegal under local, national, or international law

Binding Clause

This Prohibited Items Policy forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Safety Policy, and Community Guidelines. By using VybeMe, you agree to all of these documents.
